Amazon Connect has enhanced its dashboards with new time range filtering capabilities, offering more flexible and detailed analytics for contact center managers.
- Users can now select and compare time ranges up to 35 days within the last 3 months
- New "Week to Date" and "Month to Date" time range options are available
- Enables more precise performance analysis and comparison
- Example use case: Comparing current week's handle time or contact volume with previous week
- Dashboards available in all AWS commercial and AWS GovCloud (US-West) regions
These enhancements provide contact center managers with more granular insights to optimize staffing and service levels.
