- Allows control of access to DataSync API operations through VPC service endpoints
- Enables restriction of specific DataSync API actions like CreateTask, StartTaskExecution, and ListAgents
- Works alongside identity-based and resource-based policies for comprehensive access management
- Supports FIPS 140-3 enabled VPC service endpoints
- Available in all AWS Regions where DataSync is supported
