Amazon Connect makes it easier to get customer input on outbound calls

Amazon Connect has introduced new flow blocks for outbound voice calls that enhance customer interaction capabilities:
- Added "Get Customer Input" and "Store Customer Input" flow blocks for outbound voice whisper flows
- Allows playing a prompt to customers before connecting to an agent
- Supports collecting customer input via DTMF or Amazon Lex Bot
- Enables scenarios like obtaining customer consent for call recording
- Available in all AWS commercial and GovCloud (US-West) regions
These new features provide more interactive and dynamic customer engagement options for outbound calls in Amazon Connect.
