Amazon MSK Connect is now available in ten additional AWS Regions, expanding its global coverage and accessibility for customers.
- New regions include locations in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Israel
- MSK Connect enables fully managed Kafka Connect clusters with Amazon Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (MSK)
- Allows easy deployment, monitoring, and scaling of connectors for data movement between Kafka and external systems
- Features automatic scaling and pay-per-use pricing model
- Supports both Amazon MSK-managed and self-managed Apache Kafka clusters
- Compatible with existing Kafka Connect workloads, enabling easy migration
Users can access MSK Connect through the Amazon MSK console or Amazon CLI, with additional resources available on AWS documentation and product pages.
