Amazon Connect has enhanced its email channel with two key features:

  • Threaded views of email exchanges
  • Conversation history included in agent replies

These improvements provide a more natural and contextual email communication experience for both agents and customers. The service is available in multiple regions, including US East, US West, Africa, Asia Pacific, Canada, and Europe.
