AWS End User Messaging now supports dynamic WhatsApp flows, enabling rich interactive experiences directly within WhatsApp conversations.
- Guide users through appointment booking, lead generation, sign-ups, surveys, and transactions in chat
- Use Meta's starter templates with text inputs, date pickers, dropdowns, and buttons
- Each screen can call HTTPS endpoints in real time for live data and personalization
- Build and manage flows in AWS End User Messaging Social via console or APIs
- Define flows using JSON schema and deliver with message templates
- Available in all regions where End User Messaging Social is supported
