AWS CloudFormation Hooks now allows AWS Cloud Control API resource configurations evaluation

AWS CloudFormation Hooks now supports evaluating resource configurations from AWS Cloud Control API (CCAPI) create and update operations, expanding its policy enforcement capabilities.
- Allows custom logic enforcement for security, compliance, and governance policies
- Can inspect and block or warn about non-compliant resources before CCAPI operations
- Existing resource Hooks can be extended to CCAPI by specifying "Cloud_Control" as a target
- Available in all AWS Commercial Regions
- Supports direct CCAPI users and third-party Infrastructure as Code tools
This enhancement enables more comprehensive resource configuration validation across different AWS service management interfaces.
