Customer Carbon Footprint Tool moved to a new dedicated page

AWS has relocated the Customer Carbon Footprint Tool to a new dedicated page within the AWS Billing console under Cost and Usage Analysis.
- Tool provides carbon emissions data for the past 36 months
- Displays emissions by geographical location and AWS services
- Currently shows detailed data for EC2 and S3, with other services grouped under "Other"
- Helps customers track and measure their carbon footprint changes over time
- Previously located in the Cost and Usage Reports page, which is being deprecated
Customers can access the tool in the AWS Billing console to support their sustainability efforts and monitor their cloud environmental impact.
