Amazon Connect has introduced a new bulk removal feature for agent schedules, enhancing contact center management efficiency.

  • Allows removing schedules for up to 400 agents in a single day
  • Can remove schedules for up to 30 days for a single agent
  • Enables quick removal of shifts for closed contact centers or departing employees
  • Improves manager productivity by eliminating manual, time-consuming schedule adjustments
  • Available in all AWS Regions supporting Amazon Connect agent scheduling

This feature streamlines agent schedule management, making it easier for contact center managers to handle workforce planning and schedule changes.
