Amazon Connect external voice pricing changes

Amazon Connect has introduced new pricing models for external voice services, effective May 1, 2025, with changes to both external voice transfer and Contact Lens with external voice systems.
- External voice transfer pricing:
- $3,100 per month per external transfer connector
- $0.005 per minute for external voice transfers
- Contact Lens with external voice pricing:
- $3,100 per month per external voice connector
- $0.012 per minute for external voice minutes
- Services available in US East (N. Virginia) and US West (Oregon) regions
These new pricing models aim to provide more flexible options for integrating Amazon Connect with external voice systems while improving customer experience and analytics capabilities.
