  • Enables searching customers using multiple identifiers like email, phone, or booking references
  • Allows customizable views of customer data including demographics, communication history, and behavioral patterns
  • Offers AI-generated customer summaries with personalized behavioral insights
  • Available in multiple AWS regions, with AI summary feature not available in Cape Town
  • Aims to help organizations make data-driven decisions to improve customer experiences

Profile Explorer enhances customer service capabilities by providing a comprehensive and intuitive interface for understanding customer interactions.
