ARC Region switch adds three new capabilities: post-recovery workflows, RDS orchestration and AWS provider support for Terraform

This article announces three new capabilities for AWS Application Recovery Controller (ARC) Region switch, which automates multi-Region disaster recovery orchestration:
- Post-recovery workflows automate preparation steps after failover, including scaling and read replica recreation
- Native RDS execution blocks automate database recovery during Regional failover without manual intervention
- AWS provider for Terraform support enables disaster recovery plans as Infrastructure-as-Code in CI/CD pipelines
These enhancements reduce manual coordination, operational overhead, and errors during multi-Region application recovery events.
