- Support for updating comments and unlinking incorrectly associated contacts
- Create, edit, and delete custom related items like orders and invoices
- Available in 10 AWS regions across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific
Amazon Connect Cases now provides agents with greater autonomy to manage case information and maintain accurate case context without requiring administrator assistance.
